Job description

Medcare Staffing is seeking a primary care physician for an outpatient clinic in Alabama.

Start within the next 60-90 days !

  • 100 % outpatient
  • Monday- Friday schedule
  • No pediatric patients
  • Full Support staff
  • GET up to $300 K salary, plus benefits
  • Location : Centre, Alabama

Centre is 90 miles from Atlanta, offering a peaceful community with lots of outdoor recreation opportunities.

Friendly, welcoming environment.

Centre is located near Weiss Lake, a man-made reservoir and self-proclaimed Crappie Capital of the World".

Requirements & Skills :

  • Medical degree from an accredited school
  • Active medical license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
  • Current ACLS / BLS certification
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to interpret medical tests
  • Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Skilled in managing chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity) in older adults
  • Comfortable reading and understanding medical and regulatory information
  • Culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse patient populations
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm and effective in emergency situations
  • Resourceful, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Works well independently and across teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with leadership, providers, and health plans
  • Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principles
