Job description

MyAdvice is recruiting elite-level hunters who want to build a high-income career in SaaS by helping business owners grow profitably through the MyAdvice Success Center — our AI-powered growth and profitability engine.

This is not a service-based marketing sales role.

This is a system sale .

Account Executives sell the Success Center as a growth engine that helps businesses generate more opportunities, convert more leads, and reduce overhead through automation.

We hire AEs who :

  • Treat prospecting like a professional athlete treats training Take coaching seriously and crave improvement Thrive in high-activity, high-accountability environments Show emotional certainty on calls and confidently challenge buyer assumptions Can handle rejection, stay resilient and close with authority  This is a full-cycle, high-volume, outbound role for individuals who want to dominate their career, outperform their peers, and be paid accordingly.

  • You’ll be trained to guide business owners through their goals, diagnose gaps, challenge their thinking, and prescribe a clear, data-backed solution.

You will own your results, your pipeline, your activity, and your income.

  • Important Note :
  • We are prioritizing candidates located in Southern California (Orange County, San Diego and L.A.), Utah, Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Ft.
  • Lauderdale and Chicago.
  • This position can be remote, hybrid or in-office depending on candidate preference and location.
  • MyAdvice is headquartered in Lehi, Utah. What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)  Outbound Leadership & Pipeline Ownership  Generate pipeline through 200+ outbound activities per week (calls, SMS, email, LinkedIn, referrals) Complete 4 hours of pure outbound calling daily Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in HubSpot with impeccable data hygiene Set 12 demos / week, holding at least 10 / week consistently Elite-Level Discovery & Demo Execution  Run structured discovery that uncovers emotional drivers, operational inefficiencies, and revenue gaps Deliver clear, authority-based demos that challenge prospect assumptions and reframe their understanding of what they actually need Position the Success Center as a profitability engine — not a marketing package Provide Success Plans that directly link MyAdvice to ROI and business outcomes Closing with Certainty  Own the full sales cycle from first contact → close Treat closing as a service — helping business owners make decisions that benefit their revenue Use assumptive language, clear expectations, and decision frameworks to close deals confidently Maintain a positive, resilient attitude through volume selling and rejection High Performance Culture  Hit and maintain quota standards Participate fully in all coaching sessions, skill drills, and ongoing training Show up prepared, early, and ready to contribute at all times Lead yourself with professionalism, discipline, and ownership Required Competencies Sales Skills Mastery Proven hunter with experience generating your own pipeline Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills Ability to challenge buyers respectfully while maintaining trust Fearless on the phone with emotional certainty and energy Mindset & Attributes Highly coachable Competitive and internally driven Thrives under pressure Loves structure, metrics, and accountability Comfortable holding prospects to a high standard Organized, disciplined, and consistent Technical Skills  Strong command of CRM usage (preferably HubSpot) Comfortable with outbound tech (dialers, sequences, video, SMS) Able to learn and articulate platform features with confidence Qualifications Minimum 1 year of B2B or full-cycle sales experience Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace Must live in the contiguous United States Culture Expectations :

Position Details Base Salary : $60k  On-Target-Earnings (OTE) : $100k-$175k Annually  Position Type : Full-time, Exempt  Schedule : Monday-Friday, typical business hours based on your time zone For example : 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm plus 0-60 minutes for a lunch break per employee preference and manager’s approval During training, you'll be required to match your manager's schedule after which you can adopt your preferred, approved schedule.  Work Locations :  This position can be remote, hybrid or in-office depending on candidate preference and location.
  • MyAdvice has an office in Lehi, Utah.
  • For our Account Executive position, we are prioritizing candidates from the following areas :

  • May require occasional local or national travel (about 20%-30% of the time).
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (90% at desk, 10% of time walking); Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use typical office equipment (computers, keyboards, printer, etc.).
