Position Summary Direct preparation and monitoremail / mailing of all growers receiving, grower PO's,USDA's,paymentsand paperworkto ensure their timeliness and accuracy.Responsible for accurate data entry intocurrentinventory systems, SAP and SAP Fiori.Assists Grower Accountantin increasing grower satisfaction and improvingOlam'scompetitive position in the almond industry. Alsoperforms administrative duties for preparation of harvest season and receiving of product from Growers. Position Responsibilities Organizes and prepares Grower Receiving packets Cross checksGrower receiving packets to logs and samplestomatch USDA Inspections Compares Grower receiving paperwork with USDA samples, reports discrepancies to Grower Accountant. Reviews and reconciles the USDA website certs to our certs to make sure we match and then update USDA spreadsheet Assists QC / USDAwith incoming Grower inspections. Enter USDA data onto internal systems Learn proper probing of productalong withreceiving laborersand / or receiving personnelASVP Certified Assureproduct samples are pulled from each load correctlyremove File and mail / email out Growerpaymentsand paperwork Works closely with USDA / QC and Receiving personnel Perform other related duties as assigned. Position Requirements Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with1-2-yearexperience Knowledge of data entry / MS office programs / SAP Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to maintain positive interactions with co-op members while addressing sensitive topics surrounding payment issues (e.g., correcting errors). Demonstrated working knowledge of general accounting concepts (e.g., revenues, expenses, receivables, and liabilities). Hands-on experience working with advanced data processing systems. Work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Work experience within the agricultural community Work overtime and weekends during harvest season Knowledge and / or understanding of the following programs and regulations pertaining to a food processing plant : Good Agriculture Practices (GAP's) GoodManufacturingPractices (GMPs) Food Safety The pay for this role in the state of California is $22.59 to $25.98 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location.
