VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a progressive, community-based integrated healthcare system in southeastern Wisconsin seeking a permanent practice, BC / BE Family Medicine physician.

Outpatient only with strong patient demand and reasonable volume expectations
Call is by telephone only and a comfortable 1 : 5 schedule
Patients that need to be admitted are cared for by the hospitalist service / team
Attractive two-year guaranteed salary will be offered with an incentive formula from day one
