Director of Wind Operations

A company is looking for a Director, Wind MCE.

Key Responsibilities

Champion a culture of safety and quality across all MCE projects and teams

Own the P&L for the MCE division, ensuring sustained profitability and growth

Develop and execute the annual business plan, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with the overall Wind Services strategy

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred

Proven experience managing teams and large-scale wind energy projects

Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, operations, and maintenance

Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills with a sound understanding of P&L Management
