About the position

The PMO Practices Director is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the global project management standards and practices across the Professional Services organization. This role serves as the center of excellence (CoE) for delivery governance-establishing frameworks, processes, tools, and metrics that ensure consistent, predictable, and profitable service delivery across all geographies and partner ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in professional services delivery governance and global PMO maturity, with the ability to balance operational rigor with flexibility for regional and partner-specific nuances.

The position is based in the United States and can be performed remotely. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.

Job Responsibilities

Global PMO Governance & Methodology

• Define, maintain, and evolve the global project management methodology, templates, and processes used across all service delivery engagements.
• Establish a unified project governance model, including project classification, stage gates, risk management, and change control standards.
• Create and maintain a PMO playbook and enablement materials to drive consistency across regions and partner-led projects.
