Overview

TITLE : Product Development Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE : Develop multi-layer plastic films and silicone coated release liners for the Building and Construction and Tape markets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a polymer science background or a Master's degree with a polymer science background
• A Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in polymer processing such as blown film extrusion, film coating and converting.
• Basic knowledge of Statistics and have good communication skills.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
