Responsibilities

- Create a nurturing and positive environment for children and families, fostering strong bonds and supporting comprehensive development across physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive skills, and creative expression.
- Design and execute learning experiences that encompass a broad range of developmental areas and conduct regular assessments to monitor progress toward School Readiness Goals, tailoring the curriculum to meet individual needs, including children with disabilities.
- Uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and clean environment, including hygiene, food handling, illness management, and appropriate supervision.
