Job description

Help us succeed as our next Amazon Customer Service Representative (Remote) to follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, and respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues. Other duties include assist with processing returns and exchanges, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, provide excellent service to customers and team members, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
