Job Description

We’re looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses who are committed to quality care and supporting residents with respect and skill. In this weekend role at Bella Sera, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated care team under the supervision of an RN, delivering both direct and indirect care. Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents as assigned by the RN

Assist in executing care plans and documenting interventions

Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

Support safe and efficient operations within the Skilled Nursing Facility

Uphold standards of patient dignity, comfort, and respect

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Current LVN license to practice in California

One year of acute or skilled nursing experience preferred

Completion of IV therapy course and state certification preferred

BLS certification required and maintained thereafter

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English

Must demonstrate Service Excellence with patients, families, and coworkers
