About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Medical Officer - Partnerships to join their innovative team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted clinical partner, helping organizations in the Midwest and Eastern regions understand, evaluate, and adopt the company's safety-focused large language model for healthcare. This hands-on, externally facing role involves shaping how health systems engage with the technology, from identifying high-impact clinical use cases to co-designing pilots and ensuring safe, effective implementation. The ideal candidate is a physician-executive with a strong background in digital health, health system innovation, or clinical strategy, and who can build trusted relationships with provider C-suite leaders.

Key responsibilities for the Associate Chief Medical Officer - Partnerships include delivering compelling, evidence-based overviews of clinical use cases, product safety, and implementation pathways, as well as partnering with the sales team to support early-stage conversations and ongoing engagement with clinical and operational leadership. The role also requires the ability to translate real-world clinical workflows and needs into feedback that informs product strategy and deployment planning. The candidate should be based in the Midwest or East Coast, with the ability to travel regionally, and must have an MD or equivalent clinical degree, with recent or current clinical practice experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex ideas simply and credibly, and a background in areas such as clinical informatics, value-based care, or care model innovation are highly valued.
