About your role

The Peer Support Specialist – Hospital Bridger - Part-Time, is responsible for providing opportunities for individuals receiving services to direct their own recovery process. The PPSHB is also responsible for facilitating hospital discharged patients in obtaining mental health and / or substance use services. This position requires travel of approximately 25% of the time.

• Pay is $19.78 per hour

Does the Following Apply to You?

Peer Support Specialist Certification with North Carolina’s Peer Support Specialist Program

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Have maintained, within the last three (3) years, at least 12 months of successful full or part time paid or voluntary work experience (not necessarily consecutive) OR One-year post-secondary education experience totaling 24 credit hours
