Job descriptionLead production scheduling to ensure 100% on-time delivery in a JIT / JIS setting Balance inventory levels to meet operational KPIs while minimizing cost Monitor and adjust material requirements daily / weekly Support launch activities, including PPAP and PSO preparations Supplier & Customer Coordination Serve as the main logistics liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal procurement teams Quickly resolve any delivery, quality, or flow issues Manage and mentor logistics team members across all shifts Promote a consistent, high-performing culture Shipping, Receiving & Warehousing Oversee inbound / outbound freight, warehouse operations, and warranty return processes Maintain adherence to company policies and all relevant safety and environmental standards Lead or participate in internal / external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.) Safety & Environmental Leadership Champion safe work practices; enforce PPE use and have authority to halt production when safety or quality is at risk Drive lean logistics initiatives and 5S implementation Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains Technology & Communication Ensure accurate system access and seamless digital / logistical communication across all partners Be part of a high-impact team shaping the future of logistics Work in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities
Are you a proactive logistics professional with a passion for streamlining operations and leading high-performance teams? We're looking for a dynamic Logistics Manager to take charge of our supply chain activities in a fast-paced, Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) manufacturing environment. If you thrive under pressure, value precision, and bring innovative thinking to complex logistics challenges — we want to meet you.
- ?? What You Bring to the Table :
- ? 5+ years of experience in a Materials or Logistics Management role
- ? Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, with a problem-solving mindset
- ? Experience in JIT environments — Tier 1 knowledge is a strong asset
- ? APICS certification or formal training in supply chain processes
- ? Proficiency in SAP or other MRP systems
- ? Familiarity with automotive standards : IATF 16949, CSR, ISO 14001
- ? Knowledge of DCX material flow and Covisint systems
- ? Strong grasp of JIS processes
- ? A hands-on leadership approach and excellent communication skills
