Position : Labor & Delivery RN\n\nShift : Nights, 3x12-hour (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM)\n\nFacility : Short-Term Acute Care | 69 staffed beds\n\nDetails : \n\nExperience : Minimum 2 years (no first-time travelers)\n\nCertifications : BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred\n\nCharting System : Epic (required)\n\nRatio : 1 : 1\n\nBeds : 9 (avg daily census 2–4)\n\nFloating : Within scope as needed; may float between Progress West and St. Peters\n\nCall : None\n\nWeekend : Every 3rd weekend\n\nLocals : Not accepted (must live 75+ miles away)\n\nPending License : Accepted (state-specific)\n\nRTO : Max 7 days during 13-week contract\n\nUnit Requirements : \n\nExperience with high-risk antepartum (32+ weeks)\n\nMust catch and care for infants in L&D\n\nCirculate C- sections\n\nPerform own phlebotomy\n\n2-bed triage\n\nAdditional Info : \n\nScrubs : Hospital-provided blue\n\nParking : Free in yellow-lined employee spots\n\nEnvironment : Collaborative L&D unit with strong focus on patient-centered care
