As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic food and beverage location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to those on site. Pay Rate : $18.25 - $19.25 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by conducting security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and visitors.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the facility to observe for suspicious activity and report findings as needed.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a visible presence.
  • Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and verify the credentials of individuals entering certain parts of the facility, as required by site procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of the location's specific security-related needs, such as areas with sensitive products or equipment, and respond accordingly.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
