Our cutting-edge platform facilitates the discovery, purchase, and utilization of benefits products worldwide. This role involves working within our benefits vertical, which includes our advanced Benefits Platform (featuring recommendations, payments, and a benefits eligibility engine), our rapidly expanding Benefits Marketplace with over 100 partners, and our proprietary Rippling Benefits Products.

What You'll Do :

• Architect and Develop : Work on 0 to 1 projects as well as enhance system scalability, maintainability, and expandability by designing and developing high-quality software products, leading architectural decisions, and managing the full product delivery lifecycle.
• Innovate Across Domains : Engage in API design, event modeling, data modeling, ETL, and the development of business logic and customer-facing features with an emphasis on innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate and Lead : Work closely with cross-functional teams, integrating customer feedback into the engineering roadmap. Use data (not ego) to support technical discussions.
• Mentor and Inspire : Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting engineering excellence and a culture of continuous learning. Lead by example and advocate for best practices in both development and collaboration.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here .

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is :

159,000 - 278,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
