WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • A proactive individual with the current leadership, training, and development skills that would enjoy growing with our company.
  • A leader who understands they are 100% responsible for customer experience, people development, and systems / consistency across each area of their business.
  • Car wash or restaurant management experience, technical experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
  • Demonstrated grit & resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Enjoy problem-solving under pressure.
  • A desire to take personal responsibility and own their contributions to any situation they're a part of a genuine desire to work with and coach individuals with autism.
  • A passion for our mission.
  • A desire to learn and a willingness to be coachable.

  • An exceptional communicator who carries themselves with professionalism and is able to remain poised, thoughtful, and confident in sometimes chaotic situations.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM :

We're looking for talented people to help us build a world-class service organization that employs individuals with autism for the majority of our staff. We believe that achieving this goal is the most effective way to close the opportunity gap for individuals with autism. As a member of our Operations Management & Leadership Development Program, you'll be trained to become a manager at one of our locations where you'll be responsible to lead a team to achieve four core objectives.

  • Clean and well-maintained facilities.
  • Develop employees.
  • Grow location profitability.
