This position is a cross training job offering the right person the ability to Coach on the floor at KidStrong and also work with parents in the lobby for membership needs.
Our primary coaching hour needs are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9 : 00am-11 : 00am and weekend availability for within 9 : 00am-3 : 30pm. There is opportunity to work more hours assisting as a lobby coach for member needs at the front desk during business hours : evenings 4-7 : 30pm and weekends 9-3 : 30pm.

We are looking for coaches with a passion for working with kids who ideally have experience coaching kids ages walking to 11 years oldA KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical, and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculumIdeal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents / guardians regarding the why behind the KidStrong curriculumOur classes run typically weekdays 9 am -11 am and evenings until 7 : 30 pm, and weekends are typically from 8 am through 3 : 30pmOpportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on center needsAdditional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party coaching hours.Prior experience as a pediatric OT / PT is a plus, but not required!COACH RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach class sizes of 6 to 15 children, age groups range from roughly 12 months old to 11 years oldTeach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming teamMust be able to ensure classes both start and end on schedule and follow the appropriate pace of curriculumGreet students as well as the parent(s) / guardian(s) individually prior to and at beginning of classMaintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading classDemonstrate and manage the implementation of various exercisesEffectively use the KS Coachs App Technology as taught to you in trainingCommunicate professionally with co-workersMust be able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaching is an active job, moving through class, lifting and repeatedly moving equipment up to 25 pounds in weight.Must be comfortable working "hands-on" with kids to ensure proper technique and ensure student safety.Assist parents of students, ages 3 and younger, with the direction and flow of a classAttend monthly center staff programming meetings to receive training for next' month's curriculumJOB QUALIFICATIONS
