We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. In this role, you will manage payroll for a multi-state workforce, process payments for over 500 employees, and utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll functions. This is a Contract position based in Grandview, Missouri, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the company’s financial and operational success.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payment operations.
• Oversee payroll for a multi-state workforce, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Process payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment distribution.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll functions and improve operational workflows.
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, benefits administration, and other payroll-related requirements.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement solutions to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to align payroll processes with company policies.
• Develop and enforce payroll policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Respond promptly to payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Monitor and report on payroll metrics to support organizational decision-making.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing payroll operations.
• Expertise in full-cycle payroll processes and systems.
• Proven experience handling multi-state payroll requirements.
• Familiarity with processing payroll for large employee groups (500+ employees).
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, regulations, and tax requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
