The Virginia Department of Social Services (DSS),Information Technology Department (ITD) is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the development and implementation of a governance strategy and framework for all DSS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, within the single Commonwealth of Virginia (COV) tenant, shared with over 60 independent executive branches.

This individual will be the Power Platform technical liaison between DSS stakeholders, DSS IT, DSS vendors and the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA). This resource will be responsible for understanding the Power Platform environments strategy designed by VITA, and ensure DSS vendors and citizen developers comply with the DSS governance strategy.

Furthermore the SME / Platform Architect will provide technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices.
