The Federal Contracts Manager oversees the full lifecycle of U.S. Federal contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR / DFARS, applicable regulations, and internal policies. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, program teams, finance, and legal, offering guidance on contract structure, negotiation, risk mitigation, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end federal contract and subcontract activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations and company standards.
• Advise stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and negotiation strategies.
• Support program delivery and steady-state operations through effective contract oversight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and program teams.
• Maintain expertise in FAR / DFARS and evolving federal procurement practices.
• Provide insights on the Maximo Compatibility Matrix and industry standards.
