Description :

Registered Nurse needed for the Emergency Room.

This position requires the ability to provide emergency care for adult and pediatric patients.

Experience in charting with EPIC is mandatory.

The nurse will be responsible for managing IV therapy, including blood product administration and starting / maintaining IVs.

Candidates should possess skills in CPAP / BiPAP and ventilator management.

Knowledge and experience in handling CVA (stroke), neuro-trauma, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries are required.

The nurse must be proficient in cardiac monitoring and the interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Working with isolation precautions and triage is necessary.

Floating to other units may be required based on skillset.

The nurse should be prepared to work every other weekend and holiday if needed.

The emergency department features advanced diagnostic technology and a centralized layout for rapid patient care.

Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is essential for effective patient management.
