Supervisor Nursing - Electrophysiology

Description Responsible for coordinating patient care and nursing service activities consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization. Supervisors operating room clinical staff. Directs the professional nursing care for patients in assigned area. Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management. Assists with responsibility 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s) to meet the needs of the patient. Required Qualifications : Upon hire : Texas Registered Nurse License Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 2 years of relevant clinical experience. Preferred Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Baccalaureate degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing Upon hire : Specialty certification related to practice Upon hire : ACLS and / or PALS Supervisory or Charge Nurse / leadership experience.
