About the Role
Capable Kids is seeking a passionate and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team. This position is primarily school-based, providing services to students within educational settings, with additional hours spent supporting clients in our outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs and clinic plans)
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in school and clinic settings
- Monitor and document student / client progress, adjusting goals as needed
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, parents, and caregivers
- Provide support and training to school personnel on communication strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school district and clinic standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all areas of practice
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programValid Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility) as an SLPCertificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY supervision availableExperience working with children in school or outpatient settings preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, flexible, and able to adapt to various school and clinic environmentsPassionate about empowering children and supporting familiesPerks & Culture
