- Partner with both General Studies Principals to create a cohesive and balanced dual curriculum, as well as collaboratively overseeing day-to-day school operations.

- Work closely with the Principal of Israel & Ivrit Programs to seamlessly integrate Torah and Israel-focused components.

- Collaborate with the Rav Beit HaSefer to continue to enhance and expand Sephardi programming.

- Collaborate with the Director of Student Services to tailor educational programs that meet the diverse needs of each student.

- Build meaningful connections with students to support their academic growth and spiritual development.

- Collaborate with the administrative team to uphold and reinforce student behavioral expectations.

- Offer guidance to families on religious and educational matters, fostering a strong and collaborative partnership between home and school.

Community and Religious Life

- Enrich the school culture by organizing dynamic religious programming, meaningful tefillah experiences, and engaging celebrations of chagim.

- Foster inclusivity by honoring and integrating both Sephardic and Ashkenazic traditions into the school’s religious life.
