What You Will Achieve
In this role,
you will : Take
responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team

Prepare and operate
various components, materials, equipment, and machines in your

plant safety and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
regulations.
Perform
in-process quality inspections, and seek to implement process and
safety improvements.

Requirements)
High School
Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with
strong organizational skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred
Requirements)
Previous
experience in cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
environment
Proficiency in
using manufacturing software and tools
Ability to adapt to
changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership

PHYSICAL / MENTAL
REQUIREMENTS
Must
be able to lift up to 50
pounds.
Vision must
be correctable to 20 / 20.
Requires continuous physical activity for repair, adjustment and
operation of
equipment.
Some
production areas present exposure to heat, steam and liquids.
Exposure to inks,
solvents, heat, steam and liquids.

Must be able to
work rotational shifts as well as holidays and weekends as required
Must be able to gown
aseptically and retain certification regardless of the assigned

The salary for this position ranges
from $20.61 to $34.35 per hour. In addition, this position offers
eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums
depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies. We offer
