We’re partnering with a well-established Commercial General Contractor in Houston that delivers high-quality projects across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. With a strong reputation for integrity, collaboration, and technical excellence, this firm is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team.

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the preconstruction and bidding process, leading estimates from concept through to final submission. You’ll work closely with the leadership, project management, and field teams to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed estimates for ground-up and renovation projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns across all trades
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Executives during preconstruction and value engineering phases
• Support junior estimators and contribute to process improvements within the estimating department
