Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding the prior authorization process
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of approvals and denials
Transfer clinical questions to the pharmacist and support prior authorization workflows
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams and Outlook
Preferred Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee License
Strong computer proficiency and customer service skills
