Key Account Manager

This is a remote position.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our clients' satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' business operations and strategic objectives to identify and deliver data solutions that enhance their business performance.

Propose and advocate for solutions that align with clients' needs, facilitating their goals and contributing to their market success.

Act as a bridge for communication between key clients and our internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information.

Address and resolve client issues promptly, effectively managing any obstacles to maintain and strengthen client trust.

Drive new business development through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, translating new sales opportunities into enduring partnerships.

Regularly evaluate account progress, delivering insights and forecasts to stakeholders through the adept use of key performance metrics.

Demonstrated success in a Key Account Manager role or a similar position within a client-focused environment.
