Experienced Construction Project Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor that’s been building across the region for over 20 years. This company is known for its quality, integrity, and award-winning safety culture, completing projects across industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors ranging from $5M–$15M.

They offer a collaborative team environment, strong support from leadership, and above-market compensation with project-based incentives.

What You’ll Do

Manage ground-up industrial, retail, or healthcare construction projects from start to finish.

Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and field staff.

Drive quality, safety, and efficiency throughout every phase of the project.

Handle financial reporting, change orders, and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.

Proven success with industrial, retail, or healthcare builds in the $5M–$15M range.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

Must be local to the area (or relocating to the area).
