Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source and recruit candidates using Behavioral Interview techniques to assess fit
Oversee onboarding activities and maintain relations with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
Two years of recruiting or sourcing experience
