Position Details :

Type of Provider Needed : CRNA

Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days

All certifications must be through AHA (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS - no exceptions)

Hours : Tuesday-Thursday, 7 : 00 a.m.-3 : 00 p.m.

Call : No call required

Call Response Time : 20 minutes

Supervision : None - Solo provider

Type of Cases : Endoscopy, General, Orthopedic, Acute Pain Management

Spinals / Blocks / Epidurals : Must be proficient in all

Caselogs : Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Providers Onsite : 1

Number of ORs : 2

EMR System : Epic
