Project Managers at Teccweb are vital to the successful delivery of our architectural, implementation, and integration projects, all with Epicor at its core. You will be a key player for the Teccweb team by enabling and guiding both internal and external teams with business process discussions, solution designs, and project planning and execution. You'll be joining a dynamic and engaged team, with a love for balancing the hard work with fun!

We are on the lookout for an individual who craves teamwork, has a strong sense of organization, and soft skills. The individual should be both creative, and pragmatic in their approach to obstacles that may arise. This individual must also always keep customer satisfaction in mind, along with identifying and communicating the trade-offs required to make these projects a success. The projects you will work on at Teccweb will offer exposure to a variety of different industries and provide you with multiple learning opportunities to enhance your business, technical, and project management skills.

What do we value in our Project Managers?

• 3-5 years of experience as ERP Project Manager
• Experience with any of the following : Epicor 10 and / or Epicor Kinetic 10.
• 5-7 years of experience in system / application, business consulting or people management, either with a consulting firm or software provider
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or any relevant discipline
• Extensive business process experience is a strong asset
• Go-getter attitude and ability to adapt to different project situations
• Strong project definition skills and oversight of the entire project lifecycle
• Excellent people management skills; ability to motivate, mentor, coach, and lead multi-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• PMP or Prince 2 certification (an asset)
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies an asset, along with experience with JIRA
