About The Position

Patient Care :  Provide patient care for adults with acute medical conditions, post-surgical needs, and those requiring telemetry monitoring.

Monitoring :  Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry readings for abnormalities or arrhythmias.

Medication Administration :  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the physician.

Team Collaboration :  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Patient Education :  Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Emergency Response :  Recognize and respond to signs of patient deterioration or emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest.

Infection Control :  Adhere to infection control protocols and medication administration guidelines.

• Patient Advocacy :  Advocate for patients' needs and ensure their rights are respected.

The role also requires the MS Tele RN to maintain accurate and detailed patient records, document telemetry monitoring findings, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
