Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of growing and managing sales within our Flow Control portfolio . This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for industrial solutions, a deep understanding of flow control technologies, and a proven ability to execute long-term growth strategies through customer engagement and market insight.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving individual sales performance , developing strong relationships with key customers, and translating market intelligence into actionable results. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position with direct influence over business performance.
Essential Job Duties :
Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-to-5-year strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and customer penetration in the Flow Control market segment.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and targeted strategic customers .
Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts or territories within the flow control segment.
Maintain up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of products, services, applications, and technologies within the flow control space.
Ensure consistent application of sales processes, tools, and cadence for reporting, customer meetings, and opportunity management.
