Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate at Central Hydraulics’ location in Leesburg, FL. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring amazing customer service to customers walking in with broken hydraulic hoses / fittings and performing the essential repairs. The position is based in a warehouse / production type environment. Candidate must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may be cool in the winter and hot in the summer.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly of hydraulic hoses
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to sell solutions / products to customers at the front counter
• Warehouse and inventory experience preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, or assembly role of hydraulic hoses and fittings is preferred
