Job descriptionOutpatient Rural Health Clinic open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Provider schedule : Four 10-hour days per week Average of 13-17 patients per day Scribe available for providers averaging 15+ patients daily who intend to continue increasing capacity 11 exam rooms 1 non-stress testing room with up-to-date equipment 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use Behavioral health services on-site for consultation and warm handoff 1 : 3 call schedule Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services Full-time, permanent position Epic EMR integrated across clinic and hospital settings Above-average school system (as rated by GreatSchools.org) A variety of outdoor activities, including : Biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, and bird watching - Mt. Emily Recreation Area (MERA) extensive hiking / biking trails on the outskirts of La Grande - Ladd Marsh Nature Trail and Wildlife Area wildlife watching, game bird hunting, walking, and biking paths - Historic Hot Lake Springs one of the largest hot springs in the world - Wallowa Lake Recreation Area just 1.5 hours away in neighboring Wallowa County - Anthony Lakes beautiful alpine lakes and trails for summer and winter activities Ideal Candidate : We are seeking a strong team member who : Has ties to the region or seeks a rural practice environment Values professional rewards and a balanced lifestyle Embraces diverse and challenging medical opportunities within a close-knit community

- Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($490k+), including :
- RVU production bonus based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $130,000 annually
- Commencement bonus : $40,000
- Annual CME : $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions) + paid CME time
