What You’ll Do:

• Parts Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the parts they need and answer any questions they have.
• Order Management: Follow up on orders, handle shortages, and make sure customers get their parts as quickly as possible.
• Technician Support: Supply service technicians with parts needed so they can complete their work accurately and on time.
• Manage Stock: Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure everything is ready to go.
• Store Organization: Maintain a clean and welcoming parts counter area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a parts department or related field.
• Customer Service Expertise: A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional service to customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Flexible Schedule: Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts.
