Sr. Staff Accountant

Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Staff Accountant to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our client's financial processes. This individual will handle key accounting functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of general accounting, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Help with month-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Perform detailed account analysis and variance reporting.
• Work extensively with large datasets, utilizing advanced Excel functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support audits by preparing required schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.
