Assistant Store Manager
Assistant Store Managers support the store manager in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels and handling any other task assigned by the store manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Data entry to maintain store inventory in the back office computer system
- Understanding store equipment
- Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory and safety of employees and customers
