As a Personal Banker within PNC's Kirby / Mattis Branch, you will be based in Champaign, IL. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Creating customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $44,720.00 $57,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
