Rate : $35 - $46 / hr. w2
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
Provide SailPoint IIQ support for all IAM design, implementation, and maintenance activities, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
Customize SailPoint IIQ workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Conduct business analysis to implement and optimize application access requests and workflows across IAM.
Support client access provisioning , audit remediation, and Access Hub form creation or modification.
Ensure revocations, certifications, and access reviews are completed in alignment with corporate policy and service level objectives.
Partner with project teams to meet internal deadlines and deliver IAM process improvements that enhance automation and reduce risk.
Experience Requirements :
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor's degree (required)
3-5 years of IAM experience with focus on SailPoint IIQ
Experience in Cyber Security, Project Management, and Business Analysis
Hands-on experience supporting IAM functions such as provisioning, certification, and SOD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Education Requirements :
Bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required for this opportunity.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
