Description
Process and oversee the Youth Apprenticeship program as part of the school-to-career transition initiative. This includes implementing and evaluating the program according to project goals and requirements, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders : the Department of Public Instruction (DPI), Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS), Department of Workforce Development (DWD), local school districts, business and industry partners, and WCTC staff.

The Youth Apprenticeship Program Specialist (Limited Termed Employment-LTE) part-time position supports the Early College Opportunities department and is available to start on or before January 5th, 2026.This is a limited-term, grant-funded position through June 30, 2026. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling; however, on-site work is required Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Position is not benefits eligible. Internal team members are encouraged to grow their careers at WCTC! To be eligible to apply for a new role, employees must be in their current position for at least six (6) months.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available.
