Behavior Technician- East Meadow, NY

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency founded in 2015 and led by industry experts (BCBAs & LCSWs). For the past decade, we’ve proudly supported children in the Special Education community with formal diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to help students and their families by providing direct, in-home and in-community ABA therapeutic services. Using the principles and practices of ABA, we empower children to grow in communication, adaptability, resilience, and independence.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Behavior Technician to work with a 5-year-old male client in East Meadow, NY (11554).

Schedule :

Monday–Friday : 3 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 PM

Apply ABA principles to study and support student behavior

Provide encouragement through effective communication strategies

Document daily progress notes and track behavioral data

Follow an individualized treatment plan guided by a BCBA

Engage in professional supervision and feedback

Qualifications (Preferred)

Areas of study in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field

RBT Certification (or willingness to pursue)

Experience working with children (experience with ASD strongly preferred)

Strong communication, adaptability, and professionalism

Proven reliability in documentation and scheduling
