Position Summary
Meta is seeking a Research Analyst IV to join its Global Industry Marketing team and support the Industry Intelligence Program. This role involves identifying, interpreting, and reporting on key trends across advertising, technology, AI, business, and policy. The ideal candidate is a naturally curious, critical thinker with a strong background in research, analysis, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Publish and present industry reports relevant to Meta’s strategic objectives.
Conduct in-depth research on emerging industry issues based on team priorities and independently execute research agendas.
Track competitor activities, news, and industry trends across advertising, business, technology, and global policy.
Assist in shaping Meta’s industry engagement and marketing strategies.
Contribute to event programming, recap reports, and briefing materials.
Proofread and edit intelligence content including memos, reports, and videos.
Manage internal databases and support process improvement initiatives for the research team.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in research and analysis.
Proven analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational abilities and familiarity with managing large sets of information.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred due to the advanced research experience required.
