The Opportunity

CoinDesk Indices is seeking an Index Product Specialist to build the next generation of financial products. This is  a high-impact position where you'll be the strategic bridge across our most critical functions at the dynamic nexus of sales, index operations, quantitative research, and technology. Your expertise will be the unifying force across the entire product lifecycle, taking ideas from initial concept and rigorous definition all the way through launch, ongoing analysis, and strategic enhancement. Your work will shape products that help to define and structure the digital asset market.

We're looking for a sharp, driven professional with in-depth knowledge of index products, methodologies, and financial markets. Success in this role demands exceptional data analysis skills and a meticulous eye for detail along with the ability to translate complex quantitative data into clear, actionable requirements.

What You’ll Do :

Index Product Development & Management

• Translate high-level concepts into detailed product specifications, including rules, data inputs, and precise calculation logic, ensuring industry adherence.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, such as methodology documents, fact sheets, and presentation materials.
• Manage the backlog for new indices and enhancements, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic business value.
• Review and approve user stories, technical specifications and test cases while reporting on progress and adjusting the pipeline to meet business needs.​

What You Have :

Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $155,000 - $185,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives / benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
