IT Field Technician
Techmate is seeking IT Field Technicians for on-demand / ad?hoc support in the Seattle, WA area.
Job Description
As a team member, you will assist clients with resolving a range of computer?related issues and provide on?site support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Installation of workstations.
- End?user support for executives, office personnel, and other key business stakeholders, including installation and configuration of hardware and software applications, and security functions such as password resets.
- Copying and restoring end?user data files; migrating Windows 7 to Windows 10 using tools such as Azure, SCCM, and PXE boot.
- Basic networking, rack / stack / patch, remote hands support, and related tasks.
- Working with Active Directory, domains, and group policy.
- Managing e?mail, a / v conferencing, and VoIP device replacement and configuration.
- Support of enterprise solutions including Microsoft Office 365, Exchange email, and anti?virus software.
- Providing timely and efficient executive?level support.
- Technical support on commonly used applications and devices such as MFD network printers and O365 applications.
Requirements
5+ years of support experience in an enterprise environment using Windows and some Apple / Mac hardware.Application support for Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.Working knowledge of Azure, Intune, and other cloud?based services.Experience with Windows Server, Mac OS X (Server / Workgroup Manager), iOS, and Windows 7 through 10.Printer installation and management for Xerox, Canon, and HP models.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to operate independently as well as in a team environment.Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.We Offer
