This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in the posted location. No relocation is offered. Federal contracting is dictated by US Code, Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards. Candidates must have three plus years working experience with FAR / CAS.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Successful individual will be focused on financial analysis, cost management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a fast-paced position requiring attention to detail, demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Applicant needs knowledge of FAR and CAS regulations and requirements.

• Perform detailed financial analysis of Pro-Services business segment to ensure compliance with FAR and CAS.
• Prepare reports to include indirect rate cost and variance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze cost data to determine cost drivers.
• Assist with the development and completion of the Forward Pricing Submissions and Incurred Cost Submission.
• Assist with DCAA audits related to the Pro-services business segments.
• Ensure that financial practices comply with FAR and CAS standards.
• Support others within the team to include billing, timekeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
