Job descriptionDaily internal & external building rounds and inspections Changing HVAC filters Touch up painting and minor drywall repair General landscaping Assist in running fire drills and other safety procedures Running and testing generators Inspect building equipment to ensure safety standards are met Identify and fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Complete work orders assigned by the department manager Other department tasks as assigned Must be mechanically inclined Valid driver's license Applicable experience
