Compensation :

$90,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Advisory : Guide clients year-round with planning, cash flow strategy, and entity structuring
• Tax Oversight : Review complex business and individual tax returns
• Client Growth : Identify tax-saving opportunities and present ideas that support business expansion
• Team Leadership : Mentor staff, provide technical guidance, and help nurture our collaborative culture
• Innovation & Improvement : Champion smarter processes, explore AI tools, and shape how we deliver
